Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
✔The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
✔All original tags and packaging must be intact.
✔A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Order Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please:

·         Take a clear video or photo of the issue.

·         Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

We’ll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund based on the issue.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The best way to get what you want is to:

·         Return the item following the steps above.

·         Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

This ensures faster processing so you can receive your new item as soon as possible.

Refunds

·         Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please note: Refunds may take a few business days to reflect in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not covered by Roydel Shop. These fees are determined by your country and must be paid by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs or taxes, we will issue a refund for the product cost but retain the Shipping/Duties/Tax charges.
