Order Processing & Shipping Time

We process and ship orders directly from multiple warehouses to ensure timely delivery. Standard processing times are 3 to 9 business days.

If we experience a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays. In such cases, we’ll notify you via email or phone if a significant delay occurs.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

North America & Canada Shipping Options:

  • Free Shipping CA Flat Rate
  • Purolator Ground (2-5 business days):        $13.73
  • Purolator Express (1 business day):             $14.57
  • Canada Post Priority (1 business day):        $19.82

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, unexpected delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not covered by Roydel Shop. These fees are determined by your country and must be paid by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs or taxes, we will issue a refund for the product cost but retain the Shipping/Duties/Tax charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the item and email it to support@roydelshop.store within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and replace the item if needed.
